3 Natural Cures That Work

It was just a tv series, JITP, that I happen to adore their ancient culture background, and get interested with healing people the natural, primitive way. But for more decades, western doctors dismiss most alternative treatments as bunk. 3. ACUPRESSURE. Just pressing on certain points on the body has been shown to reduce nausea and fight pain. Next time you fel headachecoming on try this: Firmly massage the tender spot in the web of skin between your thumb and index finger for 60 seconds.

I've definitely gone through the first two but never tried out acupressure. Does it REALLY work?
