Cat on Cam

My hubby is just crazy of my face. It pisses him off these days to see Lady Gishi, my cat on cam when she blocks his view of me. Oh yeah, who would not be pissed off, if you see on cam those bunch of claws? Poor feline. She just won't stay away from her company. Gosh. I really hate cats before, so much it pisses me to the max, I kick them with a range more than what distance they could run in few seconds. Lady Gishi will be alright. Just attached with her so much. Well, hubby comes first, and always will be, even before pets who want to be on the web cam everyday.

She Once Had a Prayer

Please give me your son to love me faithfully and be loved by me unconditionally. Someone I can be contented with and will be with for the rest of our lives. Please send me that someone, my companion in exploring life and as a partner in glorifying your name.

May he be a wise man, one that fears you. Someone that is strong to be my head, someone strong-willed enough to make me respectfully yield to him. One that can support himself, me and our family. One that is stable _ in health, emotion _.

I don't know his name Lord, where he is from, and how he looks like. I'm sure Lord, when I will meet him, he will melt my stiff heart, and I his gentle heart; by that distinctive feeling of magic you give us as a mark that he is the one for me, and I for him. Hold our hands Lord and let us be together.

I am looking forward for that day Lord when we will see each other's eyes and know that it is the moment I will take away my heart from the past and childish dreams, and give it away to your son, to whom I will bare my soul. Make me see your power yet in another, this way.

Bearly Civil

Here I am again. There is this picture circulating in the Internet these days, especially after the National Football Championship between Louisiana's New Orleans Saints and Chicago Bears January. They won already, but this picture? It's just so insensitive to do that, to laugh and to scorn the tragedy of another. The place and the people had been so devastated by the hurricane Katrina, still recovering until now. It is just rude. I think it is beyond even the avid or craziest fan's drama. Something run's deep there. Just wonder how they felt when they were cutting every letter there.

Overproduction of Thyroid Hormone

I'm kind of lonely today after knowing that one of my sisters got a kind of thyroid gland enlargement or so, Graves's toxic goiter. But we are strengthened by the fact that it can be treated and that many have recovered from it, so can we. I thank God for hubby for being so supportive to us. It's just always heart-breaking to feel good here and our family not; after all, we only have one family, whom we know and grew up with, share everything from pain to joy, who will always be there for us when all other people will turn their back. All will be well. And we will be too.

Plumbing Thing

As I checked my morning mail and listened to my playlist, I thought I heard something from the bathroom: a water rushing from where else but the WC. I just thought I heard sounds or noise. After two hours on the computer, I passed by the bathroom, and gosh! My hearing was right! The WC kept flushing. Gosh. I had to fix it right away, just not logical to wait for another person to do it. What a shame! I'm supposed to be a master plumber:-) well, just passed the board, but didn't practice, it was just for id. Mmmhhhm, let us see if I can fix it. Just haven't done that thing yet; I didn't know what was wrong. I tried to press the flush lever to straighten it to no avail; something is lose. So I opened it and examined that thing. The water kept flushing there, the meter had not been reached, and there I found it! It took just my index finger to press close that rubber watertight seal and the water started to fill the tank. Whewwww. Lol. Just not much water pressure in there.

Use 1-800-YOUR-MONEY

If there is one advertisement in TV I don't appreciate, it is the one that says call-1-800-blah-blah. I'm "roll-eyes" when it comes and tries to attract people with the words, "it's your money, utilize it now". Those words! Well well, they enumerate all the advantage but never mention disadvantage which in the scale of judgment must be very heavy than their points. Just not so good for average or below average class people, who happen to be more likely to fall in that call. Just don't appreciate it. Just a comment.

Your Partner's Comfort Zone

Love is selfless, it does things you know your partner would like you to do. You seek to please your spouse by serving him/her, by doing things for him/her. To become selfless one has to engage in service, and more a person becomes selfless the more he/she enjoys serving others. Meeting our partners' need for love is a choice to make each day, if we choose the better part, their deepest emotional need will be met and they will feel secure in our love, and they tend to respond positively to the person who is meeting it. So true love makes you do things for your spouse that are even out of your comfort zone.

Why comfort zone? Because we do not like to do one of those things our spouses need us to do, because it is uncomfortable for us, it does not come naturally for us, we do not think that that one thing is good for us, and it is against our principles in life!?

But then, love is a sacrifice for the sake of our mates. It is something we do for someone else, not something we do for ourselves. And true love is always a constructive force, not destructive to our total self, but it promotes well-being of our partners, and personal growth. That's true love. It does not think or regard so much of one's self, but makes other wholesome, complete being, and to bring out the best in them, not the worst :-). Hayyy, Life has so many lessons, the greatest of which is love, the selfless one.

I'll Be Coming Home!

I have airline tickets changed now, arranged for my trips middle this year. All are subject to change yet depending on how my paper-works go, but most probably, on our estimate all will be OK by that time, I would have my green card already and all the visa thing, otherwise, we will have to move the dates and adjust, no problem here, but at least our paperwork is running. All will be well. I will be coming home, Philippines! [Maybe], it is impossible to bring Lady Gishi with me so most likely she will be left here for few weeks. "Ambot lang jud nimo Gishi-ha ka!" I would miss her surely. It would make me all the more want to come back home, here, my new home. I will be home for just few weeks but I will have many days to videoke at home, eat salads and other veggies with moringa, and of course dried fish. hehehe. I'll be just eight months away from home then approximately. Hello pinas, I will be coming back!

This Football Game

I'm watching the National Football League championship game between Louisiana's New Orleans Saints and Chicago today. The temperature is in the 30's, wow it's freezing in there, and it eventually have snow fall. That's super cold for me, but yes, when our body uses much energy it releases heat so it was not that cold in the field for the players. What touched me was when the game was about to begin and as always we should give homage to our motherland, they sang what I say must be their National Anthem. As the artist was singing he cried to the song for sincerity. Maybe it is always like that, when we see others cry out their emotion over something, we would be moved too. So as I was cooking I sung the Philippine National Anthem too, hehehe, with all my might that Lady Gishi was gazing up at me wide-eyed in pure wonder what was the matter with me. The Saints might have lost the championship and would not make it to the Super Bowl, but they made a great job for making it to the finals; and for making me research about how the game is played, hehehe, it's just good to understand the rules as we watch a game. There were just so much hope and wishes for them to win, especially in this sports-oriented house and this state, but a sports as it is, they are still winners, they still made it to the championships and that made them the second champions in the league. I appreciate this sports now as I begin to understand the mechanics of this very popular American football game. And it's great!.

And It Will Stand The Storms Of Time..

This blog is dedicated to our Church in Bautista and to my darling hubby.

I received emails from my sister today. I am so happy to see the pictures she attached: snapshots of our Church there which is under construction. All churches are special but for me this one is more because of the story that came with its existence.

It all started with the fight of a wounded soldier, with courage so bold even when what is ahead was not clear or uncertain.

Yet as I always believe, and what seems to be my leaning wall, is that all things work together for our good, no matter how painful, hurting, or bleak it seems at the moment of turning; so they have, and always will.

If it takes everything to take our attention for the greater cause, it will be done, even when we part from the place we sow our tears and blood on, one we had spent our efforts and love to, to build that place. There are no heartaches as always it is for the better, a much better place than before.

So we started our own group and gather to our "place" which to a foreigner's honest comment was "there are no walls, you can see bugs, you can see and hear people in the surroundings, some covering turned apart, and so, full of ventilation, fresh though, good huh?." But as Sundays passed, some come to the point of doubt whether we had made the right decision; should we swallow our pride and come back (it was hurting though since no one showed they care); but then, it is better to finish what we started, so with faith moved on and planted a gathering place.

A good lesson was that never make a decision when in confusion, bitterness or even when angry, and never say or promise things half-heartedly, when you know in your heart it is not meant to be.

But then, everything seems to be prearranged. In these trying times our grips tightened that others see strength. There will always be refuge and provision in God's house. We started to have the people who will make a very big impact on us. If we could have done it by ourselves alone, it would take us very long to acquire our own lot which is now a very big thing to have. But then the provision came in the right time. With combined resources and help from our missionaries then who attended our church we were able to own the lot. Missionaries as they are, right after the lot was fully paid, they were sent to to other countries to minister, blessings as they are to other people. So we were left on our own, and we know we could stand.

There is right timing for everything. When one goes out, someone comes in. And there came my beloved who was my fiance then. We are proud of our shed even when it is just temporary and so not very presentable, but then we don't present the outside, but what we are. We didn't expect it, much I myself, that the man I was going to marry saw a vision so noble we are so grateful it seems we can start the construction of the building with the financial assistance he gave to our church. I am so thankful for him and so is the whole congregation of the support. I am so proud of my darling. Now the building is standing and I know, it will stand the storms of time, for it is founded upon the Rock.

My Youngest Brother

Two days from now will be my youngest brother's birthday. He will be thirteen by then, a teenager already! How time passed so fast. Not long ago he would toddle beside the table and dance to the music of the TV commercials. But we love watch him grow. Such a quick-witted boy, he always has reasons and things to say to make us speechless and surprised. He is very intelligent, on the practical side, and like me, stubborn at times (just at times?), sticking to our principles and convictions. Again, like me he is critical person; but very appreciative otherwise:-). How infectious is his laughter! We can not help but laugh when we hear him laugh! Oh yes, he gives so much joy to us. Maybe I just miss my brother "glang-glang", will always be my langgala. My eldest sister will come home for his birthday. If I am there, he surely would get plenty of hugs from me, our once so cute little baby brother. Hehehe. Now he will be a teenager; will not be that baby-cute, but for sure, makahibalo na magpa-cute. Hehehe.

"Too Soon To Say Goodbye"

I have been interested in the e-news these days. Today, the headline says the legendary humor columnist Art Buchwald passes away at 81. I then remember seeing him in an interview months ago when he made it to that unexpected recovery or overcome his health stage, I should say. I remember he got letters, postcards, emails, etc from all over the world saying "good byes". And he wrote a book "too soon to say good bye". But he made it and even made fun of it. As there is period in every life line, so we have to go and leave everything we have in our time. What is important is that in our humble way we can make people happy around us, make them laugh and even brighten their days. Laughter is a good medicine after all, and with that good cheer he made it that long.

A Relaxing Afternoon.

Outside has been so icy cold the scale was in the 30's. Inside, this afternoon, the hot tub was set to 95 degrees Fahrenheit and hotter for a relaxing spa. The chemical properties were OK so it was a go for a soothing hydro-massage. It was just my third time in that spa, when we could be there as often as we want but I and hubby seemed busy with other things sometimes we forget that there is that hot tub waiting for us anytime. This time we know though we will make more use of it. Lady Gishi was with me in the game room, and it was just her third time in that room which is just about two meter walk from her bedroom. The curious feline just watched as I laid my back over the massaging jets. It was so good. Sometimes, with our days being stressful (I am not, though, today) we have to spoil ourselves with the luxury of body spa, for relief, relaxation and pleasure, wink.:-). And it pays, just like a relaxing afternoon.

Just Blessed

I had no idea that my six-year-old childish fancy would turn into reality. Neither did it come to my whims to technically have children I could call friends. I received a call from Amanda and it made it the most wonderful day I have. It is so fulfilling when you find that other people make a turn for you because they see a thing worthy that you don’t even know or aware of. At least that’s a positive thing. Maybe I just denied the idea of having difficult in-laws and the like because I don’t want that, so I didn’t think of it. I really thank of this feeling inside that made me deal with them the way I’m doing. I look up to them. I appreciate their qualities and abilities they excel in everything they do; they’re behaved funny young adults who had been very good children. That call made me so humble, and so grateful to find a space in their hearts and make me a welcome part of their lives. What more could I ask? I didn’t realize either I can be this level strong the way they see I am. Everything has been blissfully good. I kept asking myself why I have been blessed so much? These good things that happen to me are more than what I deserve. But then, I see the point: they are naturally good themselves and just treat me that way, as much as I do, I can say.

I Just Called To Say...

My hubby sent me this video. This made me smile aside from the joy of his thoughtfulness. But when I took it deeper, it made my eyes teary. So romantic, I'm so touched. It brings me to the time early in our relationship. It was just like that for long distance affairs of the heart. Communication line has to be open twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. When he was here in the US or international at work and I was in the Philippines our communication strengthened our bond. Aside from "thank-you-Lord-we-met-on-the-Internet" communication in real time, he would call and call constantly. I just wanted to sing, so one time I called. That is how we came up with our theme song, since most of our communication is through calls. Good greetings, especially when we upset one or the other, this greetings would make us smile so much and love each other more. This is our theme love song among others..

Our (US) President

Story by: Bruce Vincent

For those of us who sometimes find ourselves having doubts about our
President, here is an excellent piece--- worth every minute it takes to
read it. This is from a man, Bruce Vincent, from Montana who received
an award from the President. He writes:

I've written the following narrative to chronicle the day of the award ceremony in DC. I'm still working on a press release but the White House press corps has yet to provide a photo to go with it. When the photo comes I'll ship it out. When you get done reading this you'll understand the dilemma I face in telling this story beyond my circle of close friends.& nbsp;

Stepping into the Oval Office, each of us was introduced to the President and Mrs. Bush. We shook hands and participated in small talk. When the President was told that we were from Libby, Montana, I reminded him that Marc Racicot is our native son and the President offered his warm thoughts about Governor Racicot. I have to tell you, I was blown away by two things upon entering the office. First, the Oval Office sense of 'place' is unreal. The President later shared a story of Russian President Putin entering the room prepared to tackle the President in a tough negotiation and upon entering the atheist muttered his first words to the President and they were "Oh, my God." I concurred. I could f eel the history in my bones. Second, the man that inhabits the office engaged me with a firm handshake and a look that can only be described as penetrating. Warm, alive, fully engaged, disarmingly penetrating. I was admittedly concerned about meeting the man. I think all of us have an inner hope that the most powerful man in our country is worthy of the responsibility and authority that we bestow upon them through our vote. I admit that part of me was afraid that I would be let down by the moment - that the person and the place could not meet the lofty expectations of my fantasy world. This says nothing about my esteem for President Bush but just my practical realization that reality may not match my 'dream.' Once inside the office, President Bush got right down to business and, standing in front of his desk, handed out the awards one at a time while posing for photos with the winners an d Mrs. Bush. With the mission accomplished, the President and Mrs. Bush relaxed and initiated a lengthy, informal conversation about a number of things with our entire small group. He and the First Lady talked about such things as the rug in the office. It is traditionally designed by the First Lady to make a statement about the President, and Mrs. Bush chose a brilliant yellow sunburst pattern to reflect 'hope.' President Bush talked about the absolute need to believe that with hard work and faith in God there is every reason to start each day in the Oval Office with hope. He and the First Lady were asked about the impact of the Presidency on their marriage and, with an arm casually wrapped around Laura, he said that he thought the place may be hard on weak marriages but that it had the ability to make strong marriages even stronger and that he was blessed with a strong one.

After about 30 or 35 minutes, it was time to go. By then we were all relaxed and I felt as if I had just had an excellent visit with a friend. The President and First Lady made one more pass down the line of awardees, shaking hands and offering congratulations. When the President shook my hand I said, "Thank you Mr. President and God bless you and your family." He was already in motion to the next person in line, but he stopped abruptly turned fully back to me, gave me a piercing look, renewed the vigor of his handshake and said, "Thank you- and God bless you and yours as well." On our way out of the office we were to leave by the glass doors on the west side of the office. I was the last person in the exit line. As I shook his hand one final time, President Bush said, "I'll be sure to tell Marc hello and give him your regards." I then did something that surprised even me. I said to him, "Mr. President, I know you are a busy man and your time is precious. I also know you to be a man of strong faith and have a favor to ask you." As he shook my hand he looked me in the eye and said, "Just name it." I told him that my step-Mom was at that moment in a hospital in Kalispell, Montana, having a tumor removed from her skull and it would mean a great deal to me if he would consider adding her to his prayers that day. He grabbed me by the arm and took me back toward his desk as he said, "So that's it. I could tell that something is weighing heavy on your heart today. I could see it in your eyes. This explains it." From the top drawer of his desk he retrieved a pen and a note card with his seal on it and asked, "How do you spell her name?" He then jotted a note to her while discussing the importance of family and the strength of prayer. When he handed me the card, he asked about the surgery and the prognosis. I told him we were hoping that it is not a recurrence of an earlier cancer and that if it is they can get it all with this surgery. He said, "If it's okay with you, we'll take care of the prayer right now. Would you pray with me?" I told him yes and he turned to the staff that remained in the office and hand motioned the folks to step back or leave. He said, "Bruce and I would like some private time for a prayer." As they left he turned back to me and took my hands in his. I was prepared to do a traditional prayer stance - standing with each other with heads bowed. Instead, he reached for my head with his right hand and pulling gently forward, he placed my head on his shoulder. With his left arm on my mid back, he pulled me to him in a prayerful embrace. He started to pray softly. I started to cry. He continued his prayer for Loretta and for God's perfect will to be done. I cried some more. My body shook a bit as I cried and he just held tighter. He closed by asking God's blessing on Loretta and the family during the coming months. I stepped away from our embrace, wiped my eyes, swiped at the tears I'd left on his shoulder, and looked into the eyes of our President. I thanked him as best I could and told him that me and my family would continue praying for he and his.

As I write this account down and reflect upon what it means, I have to tell you that all I really know is that his simple act left me humbled and believing. I so hoped that the man I thought him to be was the man that he is. I know that our nation needs a man such as this in the Oval Office. George W. Bush is the real deal I've read Internet stories about the President praying with troops in hospitals and other such
uplifting accounts. Each time I read them I hope them to be true and not an Internet perpetuated myth. This one, I know to be true. I was there. He is real. He has a pile of incredible stuff on his plate each day - and yet he is tuned in so well to the here and now that he 'sensed' something heavy on my heart. He took time out of his life to care, to share, and to seek God's blessing for my family in a simple man-to-man, father-to-father, son-to-son, husband-to-husband, Christian-to-Christian prayerful embrace. He's not what I had hoped he would be. He is, in fact, so very, very much more.

If you decide to forward this story...please do not add to it. Let his encounter stand as he wrote it..

A Pillar of Salt

We all have unique stories in each of our lives to tell. Some memories make us smile, some make us sigh, or even cry. As we would have not faced the challenges of tomorrow without the inspiration of yesterday, there also are memories we'd rather choose not to recall, if they just linger in our minds long enough to torment us when they come to the surface. Yes, we are not justified by judging other people by their past mistakes, in fact it must make us understand them better. Sincere people who had committed those deeds might have been suffering. Is it right for us to make them look back and see the regrets, pain and desolation that associate with it? Do we really understand why they fall to such humiliation? Or do we block their way and make them turn back? It's not easy to face again the things we left behind us. But then, we ought to move forward, always forward, onward, always up, forgive and forget. We just have to help others go with us in that direction, and never turn back.

Where Your Treasure Is..

People give so much importance on the material things that it overshadows the more valuable ones in life. There is nothing wrong with having material possessions, to see the fruit of our labors and enjoy what we have as they give much ease and comfort, entertainment and leisure, feeling of safety, and a sense of competence in this fast-paced world. But when we become discontented and dig for some more, we also tend to give our heart to that that we don’t see the more important people around us anymore. We tend to think more of ourselves.

Sometimes in relationships we tend to reserve plan B, a backup plan in case a difficult situation happens so are on the safe side, nothing is lost which we believed is of utmost importance when that relationship fails so we are protected. We just lack total commitment, trust and devotion that we outwit one another. But for me, I still think it is more important to have someone to walk with us when we are in canes, or in whatever automated chairs someone’s wealth can afford when we can not walk anymore; to have someone to hold our hand when it is already shaking; someone to care for us when we have less power to do so to ourselves; to have someone just to make us feel we are not alone in our gray days. But that someone does not come in an instance. It will take years to reap that loyalty that is only bought by our total commitment, trust, and devotion. All the material things will come and go. Nothing is permanent in this world, so there will never be total security in them. We don't have any hold in everything. When all of those temporary things go, it is fulfilling to know we have someone on our side, who will stick to us through thick and thin. Will we have that someone? In the times of accounting, the most valuable assets in this world are our loved ones, after all, whom we have cared for and given more importance over other things in this material world, even over our treasures, even over ourselves.

Hanging around me too much

When hubby asked me about how is Lady Gishi doing or "playing", I told him that she has become naughtier now, scratches me from time to time, and does not listen to my voice half times. Of course she got lot of slapping too. And he said that "maybe she was just hanging around me too much", got influenced by my stubbornness!! "My mother would laugh!". Hehehe funny. My hubby is a joker, or is it true? Haha. But maybe she is doing vengeance in behalf of all her species in the Philippines which I just kicked for no reason, other than not liking them. But still, she is a good company, follows me everywhere, even if it takes her to jump and swing in the curtain just to be sure I'm there in the bath tub, or reach her forefeet under the door to let her hang around me, too much; and I enjoyed it "too" much.

Here is the One I have created just for You

There is a song that expresses what I promised inside of me. I am compelled to write this because I read somewhere someone was asking where is that soulmate we are supposed to have met by now. To some, weird it might be, but I had built my own "standards" that even in that time seemed so unreachable. But as always, it must be as high for the "factor or margin of safety", as they say. There were just few items in my list about what my future soul mate would be, or should have. But mind, they were heavy no one qualified in my youth, but I sticked to that for it was just what I wanted, and I believed in it; even when I made that list sometimes it became as "let's see what happens" game. But all comes as a reward, result or answer to what we do. So I put under me what shall I be. I promised to wait for that man, and reserve what he deserves. We have had mistakes in the past, but I had to stay to make myself worthy of such a prize. I knew and believed someone is prepared for each of us; we just have to be prepared, to give our love away with a righteous cause. And yes, the prayer of the saints really helped in speeding the answer (I was not in a hurry). It's so humbling to hear God's voice in that gift saying "Here is the one I have created just for you." And he is more than what I listed him to be, he is more than what I asked him to be! It's worth the wait! We just have to keep our promise for the Author of Love is keeping His. So I Promise.

Pain of Separation or Relief of Freedom?

When we face separation we either feel pain or relief. For those who have been holding on, it is a pain; but for those who have been wanting to let go, it is a relief. (This question has been playing in my mind as I do my tasks this morning. But then, there are always two sides of a story.) When there is pain there is no relief so it's either one or the other a person feels in that moment of parting. When we are holding on to someone who then left us, the desolation is so intense and the pain so unbearable it takes time to heal the wound. But when we have been longing to and be let go, the relief is so overwhelming there is so much joy in that freedom, no matter what the cost to achieve it. All the same, in most time we needed a heart of acceptance to ease it, go on, and take responsibility of all our ways. (Even so, it is good to know the pain and joy of others in order to understand them better, always.)

In time when we look back, we can always see and say that, yes, all things worked together for our own good, no matter how painful they were at that moment of separation, and we can honestly tell ourselves that "we are glad they just happened the way they had". And the relief of freedom, it is just so for something far "more" better, bigger, and brighter than the past is always in store for us. (And the answer lies in here).

Lesson From My Cat

After waking up every morning my first task is to feed my cat, Lady Gishi. And every morning with her food, scoop and a plastic on hand, I would always see her through the glass door blinds standing in the threshold waiting for me, in the weight room where she sleeps and plays. Even if I come late she would be there all morning without playing in the coldness of that room. She depends on me so much, as all inside cats do to their masters, with patience she sacrificed her playfulness. And it always warms my heart to see her waiting for me there. This makes me to ponder. So with our Master, when we wait and remain in Him and stay faithful it would always take a place in his heart to favor our desires, no matter how we scratch him repeatedly, even when we don't listen to his voice in times of naughtiness and feline-like playfulness.

Many are the plans in a man's heart but it is the Lord's will that prevails. But I believe God will always let us achieve that which He brought us this far. I am so excited to go back to university! I'm so close to the thing I just dreamed before; to study here, advance and be trained! And if I should say but thanks to my hubby for being an angel to me, who wants the best in and for me, even the best states’ engineering university.

Words of Affirmation

I like to appreciate people, in fact I have made that a hobby to give appreciation, especially when it's due. And that's a nice thing, for it not only makes that person feel good, it also makes you a better individual. When we receive affirming words we are far more likely to be motivated to reciprocate. They say we have languages spoken in different ways and that is right. I always appreciate affirming words and it adds to my good sense of feeling to myself. And yes, it was subconsciously done; I spoke in the way I wanted to be spoken to. Just the same, most people tend to criticize others most loudly in the area which they themselves have the deepest emotional need. But I will not let any degrading word even just rest in my mind for a bit. We are made to see the world and not be imprisoned in our shells by what other people tried to plant in our heads, manipulate or influence us, into going down some level of our self esteem. Ate Diding has done this credit for me. Just one word from her had changed me in making people feel good when you talk to them. And that's a positive thing.

A Song in the Desert

I came upon a site where I saw this.

US soldiers have sung our songs in Kuwait and Iraq, including
"Heavens And Earth" and "You Are Awesome God !!"
The songwriter of "Hallelujah, Jesus Is Lord" is playing the guitar.

A traveler's song

Half the world is sleeping,
half the world's awake
half can hear their hearts beat
half just hear them break

I am but a traveler, in most every way
Ask me what you want...to know

What a journey it has been
And the end is not in sight
But the stars are out tonight
and they're bound to guide my way

When they're shining on my life
I can see a better day
I won't let the darkness in,
what a journey it has been.

I have been to sorrow
I have been to bliss
Where I'll be tomorrow,
I can only guess

Through the darkest desert
Through the deepest snow,
Forward always forward, I go..

What a journey it has been
and the end is not in sight
But the stars are out tonight
and they're bound to guide my way

When they're shining on my life
I can see a better day
I won't let the darkness in,
what a journey it has been...

Forward, always forward...
Onward, always up...
Catching every drop of hope
In my empty cup

What a journey it has been
And the end is not in sight
But the stars are out tonight
and they're bound to guide my way

When they're shining on my life
I can see a better day
I won't let the darkness in,
what a journey it has been...

What a journey it has been...

(",)Lea Salonga

nice one.
yes one day I will sing this song; 'what a journey it has been', it has been so challenging, so molding, and so wonderfully heart-warming, I would say 'life is beautiful'.

I just can relate to the song. Though I have not been to many places, I am still on the opposite side of the day with my family in the PI.

Traffic in the Air Waves

It was New Year's eve! I wanted to call my family for this important event for best wishes. But somehow my call couldn't get through. The network was so busy within those hours. So I was not able to get in touch, just didn't persist that long. But somehow, that business meant that so many people still/do care. And that's good. In this fast-paced world, they still stop and give value to the most important things in life, even when they contribute to the traffic in the airwaves.
