Improve your memory

I confess that my memory is not very good compared to while I was in college. It is not fun when you go to a certain place to get something and then when you are already you forget. Sounds familiar? I think almost all of us experience that once in a while. Here are some tips to help improve our memory.To improve our memory and learning abilities, include magnesium-rich foods (such as green leafy vegetables or beans) in our every day diet, or take magnesium supplements. It is also important to include calcium (such as milk, yoghurt or cheese) to aid the absorption of magnesium. I hope this will help us.
