Laughter eradicates blues

"Laughter is the best medicine". This is only an adage but it is biblical. There are some things happen inside our body when we laugh. It is a way of reducing stress. Laughter is like yawning it is contagious. When we laugh the people who hear us will also laugh even though sometimes we do not see them smiling or laughing with us, but deep inside in their hearts they are. In the midst of all the problems we have, we should try to laugh for even just one minute.
One minute of laughter per day can eradicate the blues. When we laugh, endorphins are released. Laughter also boosts the immune system by releasing more disease-fighting proteins - B-cells and Gamma-interferon. Laughter reduces the release of stress hormones.
