Relieve tired eyes

It is very important to take good extra care of our eyes. We should not tire them is possible. But there are times that it cannot be prevented especially those who are health workers working on night shifts.
If your eyes are tired from staring at your computer all day or from sleepless nights, try adding four tablespoons of lime juice to four tablespoons of iced water. Soak eye cotton pads in this water, lightly squeeze and gently place over your closed eyelids for 10 minutes.
