Running on empty

Most of us already experience to be less alert of sleepy when we eat a lot. As some people that when we eat a lot, we have the characteristic of a pig and a snake that after eating we tend to want to lie down and rest. When we need to be alert in doing something we should eat little to keep our alertness level high.Overeating can cause low energy levels. Most people eat too much.To be at your optimum alertness and energy levels, you should be slightly hungry. That is one of the reason before taking an exam you just eat a little, but there is no need to be reminded of that because we somehow lost the appetite on the day we take exams.
