P Perhaps the best store I have found selling tuxedos is formaltux.com. Why I am looking at the site because we have been thinking of giving a pair for our leader as present this Christmas. Lee does not wear one at work nor anywhere else, save that one time during the wedding. At formaltux, I find every tuxedo everyone could want for wedding or formal occasion wear, at a great deal.

T Two months ago, as part of Sis’s pre-operation, she was required to have her heart checked. And I went with her for some assistance I might be of. And glad that I did because she might be in the hospital for almost a day. What was torturing was the waiting, especially if you’re waiting for the wrong thing. But once we were on it, the process took only few minutes, that fast because of the good and advanced medical equipment they have in the hospital. We went home after a long day but glad everything was okay with her.

L Last night we went to the airport to pick Lee up. Sis’s first comment upon seeing him after five weeks, was that ‘he gained a lot of weight’, and I couldn’t agree more. Before he is ‘solid’ but I notice the progressive change in him, becoming slower and weaker physically. Whether we are in our prime or past it, we still have to take care of our body, maintain proper weight and good physical condition, by good physical activities and proper diet, which is very important. Other also do it with best diet pills. Best in the sense that their doctor determined it is helpful to them and they are proven to work and harm them.

TMy camera, powershot G10, uses an sd card, to my pleasure since it holds a lot of space for me to save photos in, and I got two. Well I delight in capturing the beauty of things, which hubby calls, taking picture of anything that moves, but when it is priceless, why not. We are to take a weekend trip somewhere in the nest week and of course, I will have with me my camera and the good quality sc cards, to preserve those moving moments.

I In our kitchen sink we are using one of the beautifully designed Grohe faucets. It is very convenient since it is ‘retractable’, you can pull it out to some length for whatever purpose. We had it for quiet a while now and it seems we will have it for a long time still, because it is very durable and functional, and aesthetical too, blends well in our interior.

Steam cleaner

T The day I was traveling Lee hired a housecleaner so it would be good when I come home. The lady was using her steam cleaner. It was impressive. It cleaned well, and without dust or particles we could otherwise have breathed or felt in the air with the conventional cleaning machines. Now I prefer it than the old one we have here. But the thing that did not impress us was that the cleaning lady purposely took a long time doing it for her hours till she was just wiping absently on the cabinet doors I saw she wiped already an hour prior to it and even on the previous day. The house was cleaned, she left, and also left the ladder she used lying around. We didn’t hire her back. But that steam cleaner was really good.

M My taste buds are as sensitive as my nostrils and even my eyes when it comes to food. When I don’t like the color, or the smell, it would be hard for my left hand to bring it to my mouth. It's just me. Recently, I feel something different with the taste of water. There’s no smell but it does not taste normal, (it’s supposed to be tasteless) and I don’t like it. Maybe it’s time for new water filters to replace the one we have been using for a long time. We don’t want to cleanse our bodies and quench our thirst with water with impurities, but with filtered clean and clear water.

My picture of the day: it's of the lovely blue wildflowers that are growing in the fields. They are so lovely. It looks like the same one with those across the road we visited the other day. It's delightful to stop and smell them, it is refreshing.
