Keys of losing weight

We all know that losing weight is not that easy. I personally, I am getting extra weight lately because I cannot control my appetite for foods and maybe because of pressures of work I eat too much to compensate the feeling. I really need to work out hard to eliminate extra fat deposits in the body. We all know the health benefits of being at our proper weight. For that, we need a healthy weight appropriate to our height , not a bunch of pills. Through it we can get rid off those extra weight. It is the best way to keep the weight off. A good diet and regular exercise are two keys to a long healthy life.
