I love chocolates! I just can't resist them. They are so tempting. When I go for groceries I make sure to buy a supply of chocolates for my daily consumption. I can even live a day with only chocolates in my pocket. What a perfect combination of berries and chocolates. They are selling a very delicious looking chocolate dipped strawberries. You can Send cookie basket to Montgomery, Al or anywhere in the state to make them feel the sweetness of being loved.
My father is a silent type but behind his silence possess a lot of skills and talents. Carpentry is one of his master, he can make different log cabin furnitures and some of our things in the house was purely made by him. He has a very creative hands. We are so lucky to have him as our father. There are just one thing we wish him to stop and that is cigarette smoking.
It's Sunday and Oh I am excited to go to church to have fellowship with my co-church members and to be in a place where God want's to see His children. I am so happy I am free today. I wasn't able to attend Sunday worship last week because of the demand of work. But I will use my free time today to worship God in Truth. Forever I am so grateful to Him for the things He did and still be doing. To God be the Glory.
It is very useful to use a map or any devices that would lead us to the right direction in order not to be lost especially if we are new and not so familiar with the place. Here comes a Global positioning system. It is a transmitter from a satellite that detect which places you are in. Just like my sister she installed gps vehicle tracking in her car so it's easy for her to locate a place while driving.
I love my area of assignment, the Pedia Intensive care Unit. Plus I have a very cool mentor. There so much to learn here compares to ward. In here I can truly learn the essence of being a nurse. We are dealing patients between life and death. My ward experience was definitely my preparation for my ICU exposure. It is very fulfilling indeed to be able to care my patients individually. I developed somehow my common sense and initiative in dealing critically ill patients. It is just a heart crushing moment to see patients arresting though you already did all possible ways to revive him/her. We make it sure we can meet the watcher expectations from us since some of them are ‘toxic’ and irritated because they have been there for how many days even months and we fully understand if sometimes they behaved inappropriately.
No one is perfect in this world. Even how careful we are in our work there will always a time that we commit mistakes and imperfections. We have the reason to be angry but we decided not because we understand that he only wants the best. It is called back job, the cabinet he did was not exactly the one we instructed him to do. We hired again another labor and this time we make it sure that there will be a concealed hinges in order the cabinets to be looking good and presentable.
I am really confused what’s really the best way to prepare patients meds in the station or in the bedside. But I guess to be safe I will just choose to prepare the meds in the bedside. It is just very time consuming and the patient will start crying already just
before we could give the meds because children are always afraid of
needles and syringes. Other than that I don’t see any issues and concerns in the area.
